SANGEETA BHATNAGAR SB GLOBAL
It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of our friend and colleague, Sangeeta Bhatnagar.
Sangeeta worked tirelessly for our industry. She was the Principal of SB Global Human Capital Solutions for over 17 years and involved with the Greater Toronto Area Contact Centre Association, GTACC, for more than 20 years. When I say tirelessly, it is a fact. She wrote for us for many years and served on our advisory board. She wrote books, spoke at events and promoted our industry in every way that she could.
Best of all, she was a friend to so many of us. As busy as she seemed, she always had time for a phone call and a good chat. Sangeeta was highly respected by all she worked with and will be missed immensely by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
On behalf of Contact Center Pipeline, and our industry, we offer Sangeeta’ s family and friends our most heartfelt condolences and sympathy.
